Thank you for shopping with us. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds for products purchased from Flipbook.
Only defective items are eligible for return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 7 days after delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (usually processed in 2 - 3 business days from our end), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days. Please note that returns and refunds are not available for non-defective items.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Cancellation is only possible with a full refund if the Flipbook has not been printed.
We reserve the right to update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
